Water has leaking through the roof into the dollar store and common area behind the dollar store. We are going to disconnect the unit and move it out of the way for Elite roofing to complete the roof repairs. After the repairs we will reinstall the unit with new duct work to existing drops.

Received approval by Tim Herb to disconnect the rooftop unit and reinstall it after the roof has been repaired. Tim Forwarded me the contact information for Paul Cooper from Elite Roofing to schedule the work.

Received a request to look for source of roof leak to see if it was from the HVAC rooftop unit. Also was asked to provide an estimate to disconnect the unit and then reinstall it after the roof repairs were made.
